Of course Rep Charles Rangel is upset and disturbed by the outcome of his ethics scandal - he was and is just doing what every member of the federal government in every capacity at every level does as a matter of course - steal the taxpayer blind. The poor guy doesn't understand why he should be called out when they all do it. His question is which snake did he p**s off enough to get bagged when no one else gets bagged for standard operating procedure. And his crimes are chump change compared to the vast majority of criminals, er, um, excuse me - I mean federal employees – especially elected officials.
